Job summary

NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace offers a Meeting & Events Internship in Amsterdam. You will set up meeting rooms and AV tech and support day-to-day operations of the Meeting & Events department, assisting with breaks, lunches, and guest information. You are encouraged to contribute proactively and work as part of a team.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about planning events, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively. Strong English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Interest in hospitality and events.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility.
• Good command of English; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare meeting rooms and AV equipment for events.
• Assist with daily ME department operations, including breaks and meals.
• Provide information to guests and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth event execution.
