smartQare in Eindhoven seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead multiple R&D projects for viQtor and Healthdot, guiding concepts through development to a scalable, certified medical device product across embedded software, interoperability, verification & validation, and quality/regulatory workstreams.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, drive Agile processes, write project plans and documentation, and ensure MDR/CFR/ISO13485 compliance in a fast-growing healthtech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (HBO/WO).
• Proven experience as a (technical) project manager, preferably in medtech or regulated environments.
• Experience in Agile project environments.
• Strong skills in writing project plans and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of MDR, CFR and ISO 13485, including Design Control, the V-model, Verification & Validation, Risk Management, Change Control and product lifecycle management.
• Structured, deadline-driven mindset with creativity to solve problems with the team.
• Ability to escalate issues early and work in an international, multidisciplinary environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Hands-on mentality to move things forward.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor multiple technical R&D projects in parallel, from initiation to delivery.
• Own the trade-offs in time, budget and scope for the viQtor hardware program.
• Write clear, actionable project plans with milestones, deliverables and timelines.
• Contribute to technical documentation and ensure MDR/C CFR/ISO13485 compliance.
• Drive an Agile way of working across cross-functional teams.
• Safeguard deadlines, flag risks early and elevate issues to the right stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with technology partners.
• Report on project progress and risks and keep planning up to date.
• Collaborate with internal and external development and manufacturing partners.
