SonicPrecision in Eindhoven is seeking a Technical Project Lead to translate the technology roadmap into a practical, milestone-driven development programme. You will bring together R&D engineers, clinical science, system engineering and founding members to hit every milestone with proper evidence and budget discipline.

You will manage suppliers and external partners, coordinate regulatory deliverables (ISO 13485, EU MDR), and drive risk management and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in industrial engineering, systems engineering, biomedical engineering, technical medicine, or a related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical device development, R&D project coordination, or systems integration with evidence.
• Experience in a regulated industry is a plus; training will be provided where needed.
• Structured milestones, dependencies, risk management, and clear written records are essential.
• Clear written and spoken English; Dutch is a bonus, not a requirement.

Responsabilités

• Translate product and technology roadmap into milestone-driven plans with owners and timelines.
• Maintain schedule, flag risks early, and prepare evidence for phase progression.
• Organise milestone reviews and ensure regulatory documents for ISO 13485 and EU MDR.
• Coordinate grant reporting and investor updates with founders on timing and content.
• Prepare software for demonstrator scaling with safety and reliability focus.
• Structure requirements, specifications, design, and risk management documentation.
• Lead and grow the in-house software team.
