Job summary

smartQare in Eindhoven is seeking a Technical Project Manager to guide the viQtor hardware program from concept through development to a scalable, certified medical device. You will collaborate across embedded software, interoperability, verification & validation, and regulatory workstreams with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires Agile leadership, strong project planning, and a hands-on mindset to deliver high-quality healthtech solutions for hospitals and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a (technical) project manager in medtech or regulated环境.
• Experience in Agile environments and coordinating multiple teams.
• Strong skills in writing project plans and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of MDR, CFR and ISO 13485 including Design Control.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; hands-on and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor multiple technical R&D projects in parallel.
• Own time, budget and scope trade-offs for the viQtor hardware program.
• Write clear project plans with milestones and timelines.
• Contribute to technical documentation and ensure MDR/ISO compliance with QARA.
• Drive Agile practices and maintain concise stand-up rituals.
• Safeguard deadlines and flag risks early to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with technology partners and report progress.
