Job summary

smartQare is seeking a System Test Engineer to strengthen our MedTech cloud platform in Eindhoven. You will design, execute, and automate backend tests, ensure reliability, and contribute to system integration testing of the viQtor wearable.

You will collaborate with a team, work with CI/CD pipelines, and engage in interoperability testing with hospital information systems. Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• We require a university degree in a computing-related field and at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with backend testing and embedded device testing (manual and automated).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and test automation tools is essential.
• Experience with system integration testing and interoperability testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and databases is desired.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and automate tests for backend software to guarantee quality and reliability.
• Conduct system integration testing of the viQtor wearable and interoperability testing with CIMS.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure seamless validation across components.
