Job summary

Evondos AB is seeking a Junior Technical Operations Engineer in the Netherlands. You will analyze how our dispenser hardware, embedded firmware, cloud platform, and packaging workflows interact, serving as the top technical escalation point within the Medido R&D Support team.

This role offers a hybrid setup in Zoetermeer and a pathway into R&D, advanced operations, or quality engineering for a technically trained graduate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, ICT, Mechatronics, General Engineering).
• Experience or familiarity with SQL, logs analysis, and scripting (Python, Bash) is beneficial.
• Interest in full‑stack diagnostics and regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical case owner for complex issues across hardware, firmware, cloud services and APIs.
• Perform deep-dives to identify root causes of unusual device or platform behavior.
• Collaborate with Firmware, Cloud and Product teams to validate issues and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support firmware and cloud release validations, including rollout monitoring and early-life support.
• Validate medication roll batches and pouch configurations with external partners to reduce defects.
• Maintain technical documentation on features, debug methods, and configurations.
