Job summary

Evondos is seeking a Junior Technical Operations Engineer to join the Medido R&D Support team in the Netherlands. You will act as the highest technical escalation point for our dispenser hardware, firmware, cloud platform and packaging workflows.

You will bridge gaps between Customer Care, Firmware/Cloud Developers, and external partners, in a role designed for a recent technical graduate with clear progression into R&D or quality engineering.

Qualifications

• Recent technical degree with strong analytical mindset.
• Interest in hardware, firmware, cloud and data workflows.
• Familiarity with scripting and data analysis is useful.

Responsibilities

• Own complex technical escalations across hardware, firmware, cloud and packaging workflows.
• Perform deep-dive root-cause analyses for intermittent issues.
• Collaborate with Firmware, Cloud, and Product teams to drive fixes.
