Job summary

Accenture NL is seeking a Medior Pega Developer to work in an agile environment on an in-house Pega application supporting the client’s Digital Transformation Strategy. The role focuses on onboarding and due diligence automation via intelligent workflow design, with collaboration across developers, analysts, architects, testers and client stakeholders.

You will develop Pega components, integrate with REST APIs, apply development standards, and participate in sprint ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Around 3–5 years of hands-on Pega development in an enterprise or client-facing environment.
• Pega CSA is required; CSSA preferred or in progress.
• Strong knowledge of case management, workflows, data pages, routing, validations, UI configuration.
• Experience with REST services, JSON/XML, data modeling, version control, and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and maintain Pega components and case types.
• Translate requirements into reliable Pega designs and scalable solutions.
• Review designs, identify gaps, clarify logic, and propose improvements.
• Build and support integrations with REST APIs and data sources.
• Apply Pega guardrails, rulesets, and clean-code practices.
• Create tests, support code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and assist deployment.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor colleagues where appropriate.
