Job summary

ITProposal is seeking a highly experienced Pega UX / Front-End Developer to lead design-driven implementation in Amsterdam. You will combine Pega Constellation, DX API, ReactJS, and modern UI development to deliver seamless user experiences within Pega Case Management.

The role spans UX consulting, UI development, Pega integration, and low-code engineering, requiring Dutch speaking and writing proficiency. You will collaborate with architects and developers across the end-to-end lifecycle to

Qualifications

10–12+ years IT experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega implementation projects.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Pega Constellation and DX API. Minimum 4 years of ReactJS front-end development.
Strong experience with Pega Constellation, Pega Case Management, DX API, ReactJS.
Experience developing modern/headless front ends.
Experience integrating React applications with Pega.
Experience developing and integrating bespoke UI components.
Experience with low-code engineering within Pega.
Experience modelling and designing Pega Case Management solutions.
Strong understanding of UX principles and modern UI development.
Dutch speaking and writing proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Lead UX discovery workshops, design-thinking sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
Design and develop modern user interfaces using Pega Constellation and DX API, ReactJS, HTML5/CSS3, and REST APIs.
Develop reusable UI components and front-end frameworks integrated with Pega.
Extend Pega functionality through custom React applications and headless front ends.
Collaborate with Pega architects and developers throughout the end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
