Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners seeks a Pega Operations Engineer to join a client in the Financial Services sector. You will oversee the operational stability, availability, and performance of the Pega platform, acting as the bridge between Operations and Development.

The role is hybrid, based in Utrecht, with a 10-month contract (Freelancer/ZZP). Proficiency in Dutch and English is required to coordinate incident response, deployments, and continuous platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have Pega CSA certification.
• Hands-on experience with the Pega Platform in Production environments.
• Experience with PDC for monitoring and diagnostics.
• Experience supporting and maintaining business-critical applications.

• Experience supporting and maintaining business-critical applications.
• Strong knowledge of incident and problem management processes.
• Experience with release and deployment management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and ways of working.
