Job summary

A technology services provider is seeking a Mid-Senior level Account Manager to lead PEGA initiatives. Candidates must have hands-on experience in technical development, Constellation projects, and PEGA App/Dev Studio. The role involves translating business requirements and developing background processes. This contract position is based in Zwolle, Netherlands. Additional knowledge in scripting tools and production support is beneficial.

Qualifications and experience required:

• PEGA Technical development hands‑on experience (minimum 5 years)
• PEGA Constellation hands‑on customer project experience (2‑4 years)
• Knowledge and experience with PEGA App Studio & Dev Studio (minimum 5 years)
• Knowledge and experience with scripting/testing tools such as Pega Unit, Tosca, or Playwright (minimum 5 years, good to have)
• Knowledge and experience with data modeling and data analysis (minimum 5 years)
• Experience translating business requirements into user stories for the team
• Experience developing background process functions such as agents, job schedulers, queue processors, and listeners
• Experience developing Pega reports for performance, capacity planning, and management using Pega Report Definitions, List Views, and Summary Views
• Experience with production support in Pega
• Proficiency in debugging and resolving errors within Pega applications using Tracer, Live UI, and Pega Log Analyzer
• Experience working with Confluence and Jira (good to have)
• Custom components hands‑on customer project build experience (REACT) (1‑2 years, good to have)
• Rijkszaak implementation experience (good to have)
• Proficiency in manual testing of components, reusable parts, and UI functions (good to have)
• Experience developing and implementing the Pega DX API (good to have)
