Job summary

Capgemini Utrecht is seeking a Medior Mendix Consultant to join our Enterprise Low-Code cluster. You will design, develop and optimize Mendix applications that deliver real business value for large organizations, with a focus on domain modelling, microflows, nanoflows, security and integrations.

You’ll work in multidisciplinary teams within Agile, Scrum or DevOps, grow your expertise beyond Mendix, and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to AI-enabled low-code initiatives and capacity to

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Mendix development experience.
• IT-related degree or equivalent software development background.
• Experience with Mendix platform development: domain modelling, microflows, nanoflows, security, integrations, data management, and performance.
• Consultancy mindset and ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Willingness to learn on the job and broaden expertise beyond Mendix.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Mendix applications delivering business value.
• Translate business challenges into Low-Code solutions with clients and project teams.
• Work with domain modelling, microflows, nanoflows, security, integrations and data management.
• Apply AI capabilities, automation, and modern development practices within Mendix.
• Learn on the job and take ownership within Agile, Scrum, or DevOps teams.
• Help grow junior colleagues by sharing knowledge and experience.
• Develop a second expertise area alongside Mendix (UI/UX, integrations, etc.).
