Job summary

Resolvo Engineering B.V. in Aalsmeer, Netherlands, seeks a hands-on High-Tech Mechatronics Assembly Technician to build complete machines from the ground up.

You’ll assemble complex systems featuring mechanics, hydraulics and motion, read engineering drawings, and contribute to testing, commissioning and continuous improvement.

For one of our clients in Aalsmeer, we are looking for a High-Tech Mechatronics Assembly Technician.

You’ll work on advanced, custom-built machines where mechanics, hydraulics, motion systems and mechatronics come together.

Every machine is different, so this is far from repetitive assembly work.

What will you do?

As a High-Tech Mechatronics Assembly Technician, you’ll build complete machines from the ground up.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assemble high-tech machines based on technical drawings and engineering specifications
• Perform mechanical and mechatronic assembly
• Install motors, gearboxes, bearings, shafts and linear motion systems
• Assemble and connect hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Perform precision alignment, fitting and mechanical adjustments
• Inspect assemblies for quality, accuracy and functionality
• Support machine testing, troubleshooting and commissioning
• Identify technical problems and develop practical solutions
• Work closely with engineers and fellow technicians
• Contribute ideas to improve machine performance and assembly processes

You’ll work on unique machines and challenging projects, giving you the opportunity to continuously develop your technical skills.

Who are you?

You’re a technically minded, hands‑on professional who enjoys building and improving machines.

You have:

• An MBO or bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a similar technical field
• Experience with mechanical assembly, machine building or mechatronics
• A strong interest in high‑tech machinery
• Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and/or pneumatics
• The ability to read technical drawings
• A precise and quality‑focused approach
• A practical mindset and strong problem‑solving skills
• Good English communication skills; Dutch is a plus
