Xelvin is seeking Assembly Technicians for a high-tech manufacturing environment in the Netherlands. You will work on advanced mechatronic systems and precision equipment, with relocation support available and a focus on quality and craftsmanship.

Ideal candidates have electronics and/or mechatronics assembly experience, can read technical drawings, and are willing to relocate to the Netherlands for a full-time, long-term role in a modern cleanroom setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in electronics and/or mechatronics assembly.
• Experience in precision assembly in high-tech environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with PCB components and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble advanced electronics and mechatronic systems
• Build and install precision components and subassemblies
• Read and work according to technical drawings, work instructions and assembly documentation
• Perform quality inspections and dimensional checks
• Use hand tools, measuring equipment and assembly tools accurately
• Identify assembly deviations and ensure work meets strict quality standards
• Work in a state‑of‑the‑art cleanroom and high‑tech manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers and production colleagues to deliver high‑quality systems

Requirements

• Proven hands‑on experience in electronics and/or mechatronics assembly
• Experience within precision assembly, automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, or similar technical environments
• Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Comfortable working with electrical components, like PCB's, tools and measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to work accurately according to technical procedures and instructions
• Good command of English
• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands
• Experience working in a cleanroom or high‑tech manufacturing environment is an advantage
