Job summary

Resolvo Engineering has a hands-on Maintenance Technician role in Amsterdam - Schiphol Netherlands. You will work in a highly automated facility, investigating faults, troubleshooting and keeping machinery running.

You’ll collaborate with experienced technicians and engineers, expand your knowledge of conveyors, motors, gearboxes and automated systems, and continuously develop your technical skills in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background with hands-on problem solving.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a highly automated facility.
• Team player with practical mindset and curiosity.
• Experience in maintenance across manufacturing, logistics or mechatronics is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Investigate mechanical faults and breakdowns.
• Find root causes of problems and implement fixes.
• Repair and improve machinery across conveyors, motors and gearboxes.
• Work with automated systems and learn electrical/automation as you go.
• Proactively prevent issues before they escalate.

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join a supportive technical team in a highly automated facility.

What will you do?

You’ll work with modern automated systems, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, sensors, robotics and mechanical installations.

Your job isn't simply to replace parts or follow a checklist. We want technicians who explore, troubleshoot and think for themselves.

You will:

• Investigate mechanical faults and breakdowns
• Find the root cause of problems
• Repair and improve machinery
• Work with conveyors, motors, gearboxes and automated systems
• Prevent problems before they become bigger issues
• Work closely with other technicians and engineers
• Learn more about electrical and automation systems along the way
