Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

In this great role as Assembly Technician you'll become responsible for building high-tech machines and precision modules for leading Dutch companies. As an Assembly Technician, you work from technical drawings and detailed instructions to assemble, test, and inspect complete systems in cleanroom environments.

High-tech machines are still built by hand, part by part, to tolerances measured in microns. As an Assembly Technician, you build modules and complete systems at one of our client companies in the Dutch high-tech and machine-building industry, often in a clean or cleanroom environment. Precision, patience, and pride in your work matter more than the number of years on your CV.

In this role, you build machines and modules from individual components into fully functioning systems. You work from technical drawings, Bills of Materials, and detailed work instructions while continuously checking the quality of your own work. Depending on the client, you may focus on sub-assemblies, complete machine assembly, or both.

You’ll be responsible for

• Assemble modules and complete systems
• Carry out sub-assembly and final assembly
• Fit, align, and adjust precision components
• Perform tests and quality checks
• Follow cleanroom procedures
• Report deviations and suggest improvements

We’re looking for technicians with steady hands, an eye for detail, and the mindset to do a job properly the first time. Experience in assembly, cleanroom environments, or fine mechanics is a plus, but not essential. Accuracy and a structured way of working matter most.
