Job summary

Specialist Irish Mechanical Engineering Contractor seeks an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead delivery of mechanical works on Amsterdam projects, operating on a European rotation. You will oversee tradesmen, coordinate fronts and ensure timely, safe progress on site.

The role requires hands-on leadership, practical organization, and the ability to anticipate next steps to keep the programme moving across a European project slate.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing mechanical works on large construction or engineering projects.
• Proven experience overseeing tradesmen and mechanical site teams.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical installation, pipework and fabrication.
• Must be comfortable working on European rotations.
• Data centre or industrial project experience preferred.
• Previous European construction experience beneficial.
• Mechanical trade or engineering background advantageous.

The Company

A specialist Irish mechanical engineering contractor delivering mechanical installation, pipework, fabrication and off-site solutions across Ireland and Europe.

With a strong pipeline of data centre and industrial work, the company is expanding its European delivery team and is looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee projects in Amsterdam.

The Role: Mechanical Project Manager

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of mechanical works on projects in Amsterdam, working on a European rotation.

This is a hands‑on delivery role. You will oversee tradesmen and site crews, coordinate work fronts, deal with issues as they arise and keep the mechanical programme moving.

You will work closely with site supervisors, engineering teams and senior management to ensure labour, materials and information are in place when required.

Must Have Requirements
