Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site mechanical (HVAC) construction delivery.
• Manage client and project team communications.
• Coordinate sequencing of works to meet programme milestones.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractors, quality, and site labour.
• Control costs, manage change, and support commercial reporting.
• Drive safety, compliance, and high standards of site housekeeping.
