- Salary depending on experience: between € 4.500€ 5.500 gross per month based on 40 hours; since it is a weekly payment this will be € 25,96-€ 31,73

The role
As a Product Data Specialist in Customer Operations Europe, you will play a pivotal role in developing end-to-end European Product Data Management (EPDM). EPDM ensures the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product data across our portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, R&D, and IT, to manage and optimize product data information systems. Your responsibilities will include maintaining product data, overseeing data entry processes, and implementing data governance standards to ensure end-to-end product data management.
Within the EPDM team, there are three areas of expertise among the European Product Data Specialists:
- End-to-end data specialist
- Data flow specialist
The end-to-end specialist manages the full data flow from source to customers/consumers. The key principle within EPDM is that product data is generated by the responsible teams and is available in the data source. The flow from source to recipient is the responsibility of the EPDM team. The end-to-end specialist ensure the data integrity, and the on-time/in-full availability of product data at the customers:
- The accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product data throughout the data flow from source to recipient
- Ensuring on-time and in-full data from responsible data (source) owners
- Deliver on target performance on the EPDM KPI’s
Key responsibilities
- Data Accuracy and Quality: Ensure all product data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Data Integration and Synchronization: Integrate product data across various systems and ensure synchronization with global data standards like GS1 GDSN, or other product data interfaces.
- Product Information Management (PIM): Manage a centralized system for storing and distributing product information to various stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure product data complies with local and international regulations.
- Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance policies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving data management processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing best practices for data management.
- Master Data Management (MDM): Overseeing master data creation and maintenance.
- Data Standardization: Ensuring adherence to data standards.
- Data Cleansing: Regularly auditing and cleaning data.
- Innovation Tracking: Monitoring innovations in data management.
