Zusammenfassung

LTM is seeking a Business Analyst – Transformation & Delivery to support the Global Tech Lead and Product Owner in delivering marketing and sales technology transformation initiatives for North America and other division initiatives.

This role bridges business stakeholders with technology delivery teams, translating business requirements into coordinated execution across platforms such as Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, and customer-facing engagement tools.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in business analysis or transformation within MarTech or sales operations.
• Prior exposure to Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud/AEM, Salesforce or similar tools is highly preferred.
• CPG/FMCG or e-commerce domain experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working across business and technology teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills with senior sponsors.

Aufgaben

• Gather and clarify business requirements from marketing, digital, and sales operations stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into coordinated work across MarTech, data, and engineering teams.
• Manage dependencies across workstreams (e.g., Marketo, CDP, e-commerce/webshop, loyalty).
• Drive prioritization discussions balancing campaign timelines with platform readiness.
• Track delivery milestones across marketing automation and sales enablement tools.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of NAM-specific and regional initiatives.
• Coordinate UAT and business sign-off for customer-facing tools.
• Manage risks and issues, including organizational change and data landscape shifts.
• Ensure adoption and change readiness among regional marketing and sales teams.
• Report status to leadership, including Global Tech Lead and Product Owner.
• Act as bridge between business teams and technology delivery partners.
• Maintain understanding of marketing/sales architecture without needing development skills.
