Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Ecommerce, IT or related field.
- Experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations and data handling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support successful launch of products across marketplace partners with complete data, content, imagery and assets.
- Manage day‑to‑day marketplace operations, onboarding, catalog maintenance and product availability.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to meet go‑live requirements.
- Produce and distribute marketplace operational reporting and provide visibility on onboarding progress and catalog health.
- Coordinate product samples and other operational requirements for launches.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of live catalogs and resolve content or onboarding issues.
- Support issue resolution and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
