Orange Capital Partners in Amsterdam is seeking a Marketing, Communication & Tenant Experience Intern for a six-month stint. You will help build and roll out LIV Residential's renewed brand, create content, and explore AI to enhance communications and the resident journey.

Join a young, international team and gain hands-on experience across marketing, events, branding and customer experience while contributing to a high-growth real estate platform.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in HBO or university programme in Marketing/Communication or related field.
• Available four/five days per week for six months.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, organised and detail-oriented.
• Interest in branding, content creation, events, AI and customer journey.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for online and offline channels.
• Support the LIV Residential rebranding across channels and materials.
• Assist in organizing events and craft engaging communications around them.
• Experiment with AI tools to improve content and communication workflows.
• Contribute ideas to enhance customer journey and tenant experience.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization.
