Job summary

Turntwo in Amsterdam seeks a Medior/Senior Marketing Technology & Automation Consultant to turn data into impact. You will translate insights into action, connect systems like Marketing Automation, CDPs, CRM, and AI-enabled flows, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

You will work 32–40 hours, with opportunities to grow, learn from seasoned consultants, and enjoy a hybrid work setup including an Amsterdam office and home-based days.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar medior/senior role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree as a baseline.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong communication.
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation / CRM systems is a plus.

Transforming insights into impact in Marketing Automation/CRM channels, leveraging AI and develop people skills.

Your role at Turntwo

As a customer-focused Marketing Technology & Automation Consultant (Medior/Senior) (32-40 hrs), you are the go-to person for our clients to turn data into impact. You play a crucial role in translating insights into action. You work closely with our clients and colleagues to get the most out of Marketing Automation, CDPs, CRM and other marketing activation systems. AI plays a very important role here. You implement these tools, are able to connect different systems and platforms, create dynamic and personalized flows, optimize based on data and are a trusted advisor for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with our clients and stakeholders to use data and insights to make a lasting impact on the business.
• Activate data in operational systems such as Marketing Automation platforms (Customer.io / Bloomreach / Klaviyo / Deployteq / etc.), marketing channels (e.g., Google/Meta), Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), or CRM systems (HubSpot / Salesforce).
• Creating and optimizing AI Agents related to marketing automation and activation
• Develop activation-focused data models (based on marketing and customer data).
• Create reports and dashboards that provide insights into results and serve as input for optimization.

Your experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (medior/senior). Consultancy experience is a big plus.
• Bachelor's / Master's level.
• Fluent in Dutch & English
• Technical knowledge is a plus, but we offer the opportunity to develop your technical (and people) skills. Therefore, consider the required experience as a guideline.
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation / CRM systems & marketing platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
• Experience in SQL is a plus.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like GCP / AWS / Azure and data solutions such as BigQuery or Snowflake. At Turntwo, we primarily work with GCP.
• Familiarity Looker (Studio), PowerBI, or similar BI systems is a plus.
