Job summary

Dilaco NL is seeking a temporary (or freelance) Service Manager for our PIM system, with a start ASAP for 6 months at 40 hours per week. Location includes 1 day in Den Bosch (NL) and the rest remote; fluent English required.

Reporting to the Marketing and Sales Domain Owner, you will lead service management initiatives, coordinate with development teams and business stakeholders, and oversee incidents, projects, and supplier contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a Service Manager or similar role.
• Experience with Hubspot CMS/Marketing Automation and/or FreshWorks modules.
• Experience working internationally with distributed development teams.
• Familiarity with GDPR rules.
• Ability to understand end-to-end processes and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate troubleshooting, support and service.
• Bridge the gap between platform team and OpCos for development, operation, and maintenance.
• Manage assignment of incidents to other support teams (infrastructure or applications).
• Oversee incidents and requests for SL OpCos.
• Participate in project coordination and implementation.
• Lead supplier work according to contracts within projects.
• Maintain relationships with technology, software, and security vendors.
• Stay familiar with compliance requirements and regulatory developments.
