Job summary

Dilaco NL is seeking a temporary Product Owner with exceptional Salesforce knowledge to lead Marketing & Sales tech initiatives. The role requires coordinating across distributed teams, defining stories, and prioritizing the backlog while aligning with strategy.

You will collaborate with FrontOffice Solutions teams and business stakeholders, driving centralization projects and change across larger entities. Remote work is included, with 1/2 days onsite in Den Bosch and Ede, NL.

Qualifications

At least five years of experience as Product Owner or in a comparable role.
Experience in an international environment with distributed application development teams and stakeholders.
Cross-functional knowledge and strong collaboration to steer the end-to-end process.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Excellent relationship/stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Salesforce (Must have).
Hubspot, Freshdesk, Selligent and AWS development is seen as a benefit.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, development, monitoring and management of Marketing & Sales services and applications.
Drive centralized mindset and ensure centralized deliveries of business needs.
Define the roadmap together with Marketing & Sales Domain Owner and stakeholders.
Lead development teams and ensure deliveries in the agreed schedule.
Manage relationships with contract service providers to deliver outcomes.
Support the creation and analysis of business cases for front office solutions lifecycle.
