Position Overview

Responsible for establishing and optimizing planning processes, workflows, and tools, this role improves visibility, prioritization, and execution across marketing, creative, and cross‑functional teams. Acting as the operational hub for EMEA Marketing, the role connects regional and global teams, turning strategic priorities into integrated plans that enable efficient, high‑impact execution and support the successful delivery of marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Support marketing planning and go‑to‑market excellence by leading annual and seasonal planning processes, introducing and managing key milestones, stage gates, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Act as the operational connector across EMEA Marketing, Creative, Trade, Sales, Merchandising, and Global teams, ensuring visibility of priorities, dependencies, timelines, and process requirements to drive alignment and execution.
  • Drive regional adoption and localization of global marketing toolkits and oversee digital asset management to ensure marketing assets are organized, accessible, and up to date.
  • Lead marketing intake and prioritization processes, serving as the primary point of contact for regional marketing requests and coordinating intake, prioritization, and handoff across marketing and creative teams to ensure work aligns with business objectives.
  • Build and continuously improve marketing systems, tools, and workflows that support planning, project management, and reporting, partnering with technical teams to implement scalable solutions and process enhancements.
  • Own EMEA marketing budget tracking and forecasting in partnership with the Marketing Director, Marketing Managers, and Finance team, ensuring effective budget management and visibility.
  • Lead business planning and performance reporting, managing the reporting cadence and consolidation of marketing KPIs while supporting business reviews, budget reviews, and reporting cycles.
  • Drive operational excellence across the marketing organization by continuously improving processes, simplifying workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, and increasing cross‑functional efficiency.
  • Manage and develop the Marketing Operations Specialist, setting priorities and ensuring effective coordination of traffic management, creative assets, content, product samples, and marketing projects.
Who You Are
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, Integrated Marketing Planning, or a similar operational role within a fast‑paced, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex marketing initiatives, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience establishing and optimizing workflows, planning processes, and marketing tools that improve efficiency, visibility, collaboration, and execution across teams.
  • Strong proficiency with project management, collaboration, and reporting platforms such as Asana, Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft 365, as well as digital asset management (DAM) platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision‑making, prioritize competing needs, and drive alignment across regional and global teams.
  • Proven ability to bring structure, clarity, and organization to a fast‑growing environment while maintaining a practical and flexible approach that supports creative, commercial, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable processes, tools, and operational improvements.
  • Experience working across creative and operational teams, with the ability to balance process discipline and efficiency with business and brand objectives.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and reporting on KPI dashboards and performance reporting frameworks is considered an asset.
