  • Provide demand and sales insights to support Supply Planning, Sales, and Commercial decision-making.
  • Support new product launches and promotional planning, ensuring alignment between Planning, Marketing, and Finance forecasts.
  • Work closely with Data and CRM teams to incorporate customer insights into forecasting capabilities.
  • Identify risks and opportunities across the business, reconcile forecasts with Finance, and clearly communicate impacts, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.
Who You Are
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and understanding the drivers behind demand.
  • Naturally curious and motivated to uncover the "why" through data, trends, and business insights.
  • An effective communicator, comfortable presenting forecasts, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and larger audiences.
  • Collaborative and culturally aware, with the ability to build strong partnerships across global teams and diverse perspectives.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and able to take initiative while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Driven by processes, metrics, and continuous improvement, with a passion for learning and growth.
  • Skilled at combining data, intuition, and business acumen to develop practical solutions and recommendations.
  • A resilient and focused problem solver who thrives in complex and occasionally ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 5+ years of progressive demand planning experience, preferably supporting DTC/eCommerce and omnichannel businesses.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting concepts, principles, and demand planning best practices.
