This is your chance to make a real impact by delivering innovative, sustainable packaging solutions for iconic brands like Hellmann’s, Knorr, Calvé, Maille, Marmite, and more.

Why This Role Matters

Packaging plays a critical role in how consumers experience our products—and in meeting ambitious environmental goals. • Develop and validate packaging solutions through testing and trials.
  • Create accurate technical specifications and ensure compliance with EU and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement—and external partners to bring ideas to life.
  • Support consumer research to design packaging that truly resonates.
  • Maintain precise data for regulatory and business needs.

  • A degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of packaging materials such as plastics, paper, glass, and metal.
  • Experience in project management and an understanding of food packaging safety.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in diverse, multicultural teams.
  • A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; occasional travel may be required.
What’s In It for You?
  • Be part of a collaborative, innovative team that values sustainability and consumer experience.
  • Work on high‑impact projects that shape the future of packaging in Europe.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development in a global organization.
  • See your work on shelves across Europe and make a tangible difference.
