Job summary

Next Sense, a Netherlands-based SaaS company, is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive our go-to-market and content strategy. You’ll work with the Commercial team to turn plans into campaigns, events and assets that resonate with operators, owners and occupiers in the building sector.

You’ll own the execution, track results, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and progressively take on more plan ownership as you prove what works. English writing strong.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in B2B marketing, ideally at a SaaS or tech company.
• Strong execution and prioritization with a hands-on approach.
• Experience creating and running your own campaigns.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, email marketing and content creation, including AI tools.
• Comfortable organising events, from small sessions to trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Turn our marketing plan into campaigns, content and activities that reach the right people and improve as you learn what works.
• Tailor our story for audiences from operators to owners and occupiers.
• Track results, manage day-to-day budget and freelancers, report to leadership.
• Own our LinkedIn presence and grow engagement with real estate, workplace and sustainability professionals.
• Run campaigns across LinkedIn, email and our website and keep the site fresh.
• Support our events at trade shows, conferences and customer gatherings.
