Job summary

LearnWise AI is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own top-of-funnel demand generation in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. You will lead paid acquisition, search visibility, and third-party presence to attract higher ed decision-makers and convert them into qualified pipeline.

You’ll work hands-on in HubSpot, Webflow, PostHog, and multiple ad platforms, partnering with CRO and sales leadership to ensure a seamless funnel. Netherlands-based, Amsterdam office 1 day/week.”

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and ChatGPT Ads, with budgets, targeting, testing and reporting on CPL, CPM, and pipeline.
• Plan multi-channel campaigns around quarterly themes, launches, reports, and webinars to turn flagship content into lead magnets built on product messaging.
• Own lifecycle nurture and re-engagement programs in HubSpot to move leads to sales-ready.
• Own website conversion in Webflow and run a structured experimentation program.
• Maintain and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and routing, using automation to scale campaigns and keep data clean.
• Own funnel and channel reporting across HubSpot, PostHog, GA4, and ad platforms with clear leadership recommendations.
• Own SEO and AI search visibility (GEO) and collaborate on improving LearnWise's online presence.
• Grow LMS marketplace and directory presence, including review generation with Customer Success.
• Create co-marketing opportunities with LMS and technology partners and resellers.
• Equip Sales with targeted account lists built with Apollo and HubSpot, including intent signals.
• Provide campaign assets and outreach best practices and review Sales sequences and templates.
• Analyze outreach results with Sales and turn findings into better targeting.
