pladis Global offers an Intern Marketing & Innovation role in Zaandam, part of the Western Europe and Emerging Markets Marketing team. You will report to the Head of Commercialisation and contribute to happiness by analyzing, organizing, and refining biscuit portfolios for export markets.

The internship focuses on market insights, cross-market collaboration, and hands-on administration, with rapid exposure to diverse brands and tasks.

Formación

• Studying or in final phase of Bachelor/Master or HBO in relevant field.
• Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexibility to changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for marketing content and persuasive ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining samples registration tool (incoming & outgoing samples + stock at hand).
• Updating portfolio to present to export markets and visuals of which skus go to which country.
• Consolidating & updating portfolio overviews.
• Competition watch / tracking across the region (NPD, comms).
• Supporting social media landscaping & agency management.
• Rotational deep dive on market performance using external data.
• Championing Digital Asset Management system use and upkeep.
• Supporting cross-market market research test administration and execution.
• Collating inputs for cross-market best practice sharing / case studies.
• Support to find synergies on pack format / language clustering / pack size optimisation within region.
• Disclose market research archive; provide key reports showing status of bands and consumer insights.
• Support in project administration.
• Maintain archive of delisted portfolio overview.

We are looking for an Intern Marketing & Innovation, with a big passion for analysing, organizing and biscuits. The Intern Marketing & Innovation will be a part of the Western Europe and Emerging Markets Marketing team and will report to the Head of Commercialisation.

Your main responsibilities

We offer an internship fee of €475, - per month on a full-time basis.
