Job summary

pladis Global invites an Intern Marketing & Innovation to analyse, organise and support biscuit brands across Western Europe and Emerging Markets. You will join the Marketing team reporting to the Head of Commercialisation, contributing to happiness with every bite.

You will help maintain samples, update export visuals, track market data, and assist in market research and digital asset management. This is a hands-on internship with broad exposure and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain samples registration tool (incoming/outgoing samples and stock).
• Update portfolio visuals for export markets and country allocations.
• Consolidate and update portfolio overviews.
• Monitor competition and regional NPD & communications.
• Assist with social media landscape and agency management.
• Analyze market performance with external data during rotations.
• Champion Digital Asset Management system upkeep.
• Support cross-market market research administration.
• Contribute to cross-market best practice sharing and case studies.
• Identify synergies on pack formats and language clustering within region.
• Archive market research and provide key reports; track consumer insights.
• Assist project administration and maintain delisted portfolio archive.

We are looking for anIntern Marketing & Innovation, with a big passion for analysing, organizing and biscuits. We offer you the opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission to bring ‘Happiness with every bite’.The Intern Marketing & Innovation will be a part of the Western Europe and Emerging Markets Marketing team and will report to the Head of Commercialisation.

Your main responsibilities

• Maintaining samples registration tool (incoming & outgoing samples + stock at hand).
• Updating our portfolio to present to export markets and have visuals of which sku’s go to which country.
• Consolidating & updating portfolio overviews
• Competition watch / tracking across our region NPD, comms etc.
• Supporting with social media landscaping & agency mgmt.
• Rotational deep dive on market performance using external market data.
• Championing Digital Asset Management system use and upkeep.
• Supporting in cross-market market research test administration and execution.
• Collating inputs for cross-market best practice sharing / case studies.
• Support to find synergies on pack format / language clustering / pack size optimisation within region
• Disclose market research archive; provide selection of key reports that show status of our bands and main consumer insights.
• Support in project administration.
• Maintain archive of delisted portfolio overview
