Job summary

Role: Market Data Champion

Your mission is to act as the relay of the Group's data governance for the Belgium and the Netherlands market. You ensure quality, consistency, and compliance of customer data in local systems, in alignment with the standards, tools, and guidelines defined by the central team.

The role includes occasional travel within the Netherlands and Belgium. It is located in the office in Amsterdam and offers a hybrid working environment (minimum 2 days at the office, 3 days home office).

Your Contribution

• Ensuring high data quality and consistency within Stellantis customer databases.
• Data Driven Marketing: Monitor local source data use in terms of quality, compliance and commercial performance.
• Conduct data analysis and inform local teams about data to be used for marketing activation.
• Act as the primary liaison between local teams and the central data management team.
• Organise training or awareness sessions on data quality and compliance with NSC teams and network.
• Support deployment of central initiatives at the subsidiary level by building and testing new tools, data processes or dashboards.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Marketing or Data Science.
• At least five years of hands‑on experience in either customer relations management or database management.
• Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Excel.
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality and data protection regulations (GDPR).
• Fluency in Dutch and strong communication skills in English and French.
• Passion for cars and enthusiasm for our brands is a big plus.
