Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Management or Market Quality.
• Experience analysing field quality data and driving corrective actions.
• Experience in the e-bike, bicycle, consumer electronics, mobility or sports equipment industry is highly desirable.

• Coordinate with Product, Quality, Customer Service, and After‑Sales teams to ensure effective issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement actions in the market.
• Support the development of market quality processes, tools, and feedback mechanisms.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Management, Market Quality, After‑Sales Quality or a related field.
• Experience analysing field quality data, identifying trends and driving corrective actions.
• Experience in the e‑bike, bicycle, consumer electronics, mobility or sports equipment industry is highly desirable.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a structured approach to quality management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑cultural communication skills.
• Familiarity with quality methodologies such as PDCA, 8D or similar approaches.
• Fluent English. Chinese language skills are a plus.
