You will own end-to-end processes for launching in new markets, automate controls in collaboration with Engineering and Product, and manage ongoing regulatory obligations across jurisdictions.

• Experience turning regulatory requirements into scalable, repeatable processes.
• Ability to design end-to-end operational infrastructure for market expansion.
• Experience managing regulatory obligations, filings, registrations, and reporting across jurisdictions.
• Experience developing and maintaining audit frameworks for internal and customer-facing processes.
• Ability to define metrics, build dashboards, and flag issues early.

Responsibilities

• Build operational infrastructure for market expansion, owning end-to-end processes for launching in new markets.
