Job summary

Gigs is seeking a Business Operations, Regulatory & Compliance professional to build operational infrastructure for market expansion. The role requires 5+ years in business operations, ideally at a regulated tech company, and entails turning regulatory requirements into scalable systems.

You will own end-to-end processes for launching in new markets, automate controls in collaboration with Engineering and Product, and manage ongoing regulatory obligations across jurisdictions.

• Ability to design end-to-end operational infrastructure for market expansion.
• Experience managing regulatory obligations, filings, registrations, and reporting across jurisdictions.
• Experience developing and maintaining audit frameworks for internal and customer-facing processes.
• Ability to define metrics, build dashboards, and flag issues early.
