Job summary

Gigs, Inc. seeks an Implementation Manager to own end-to-end delivery of its platform for customers. You will bridge technical delivery with commercial outcomes, shaping how fintechs and HR platforms embed connectivity and drive adoption.

You will manage multiple high-stakes projects, build scalable playbooks, and collaborate with Product, Eng, and Sales to ensure successful go-lives and ongoing value for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Implementation, Professional Services, or Product Management at a B2B or SaaS tech company.
• Strong project management skills with multiple high-priority projects.
• Balance technical, product, and commercial mindset for API integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to persuade executives.
• Fluency in French or Spanish in addition to English.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations end-to-end from scoping to go-live.
• Make the B2B2C motion work to drive consumer adoption.
• Be the forward-deployed product lead to unblock launches.
• Manage a portfolio of high-stakes implementations across customers.
• Build playbooks, templates, and frameworks for future teams.
• Connect with the BDM team to secure promised commercial outcomes.
