Job summary

Fairphone is seeking a Product Compliance Manager to join the Market Readiness Team. You will translate regulatory assessments into concrete product requirements, supporting the hardware and software portfolio to meet diverse regional standards.

You will collaborate with Legal & Compliance and Certification teams, manage Technical Files, and help shape the long-term regulatory roadmap to ensure smooth market entry and lifecycle compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in product compliance in consumer electronics or related field.
• Strong understanding of EU/CE, US regulations and related directives.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; Mandarin/French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory assessments into concrete product requirements and PRD inputs.
• Monitor changes in global legislation to inform roadmaps with Legal & Compliance.
• Own the compliance product technical files and documentation.
