The Role

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Commercial Counsel to join our global Legal team. In this role, you’ll support a wide range of topics—including contract negotiations, drafting templates, and handling general commercial matters.

What you will do

• Provide strategic legal support across key functions—including Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Product, and Regulatory—on a global scale.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including complex, multi‑country service, licensing, and partnership contracts.
• Support global legal and business initiatives, from implementing regulatory requirements in our commercial templates to contributing to cross‑functional projects.
• Drive legal automation and tooling efforts to scale our contracting process and increase team efficiency.
• Operate independently across teams, taking ownership and driving outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the company and act as a strategic partner to the business.
• Deliver legal training and guidance to commercial teams worldwide.

What we are looking for

• You have 4+ years of legal experience—whether in‑house or at a law firm—with strong commercial contracting or transactional chops. You’re comfortable collaborating with legal teams and stakeholders across the US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• You’re a true team player who sharpens ideas through collaboration and values input from diverse perspectives.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and can work seamlessly with internal teams and external partners across functions and cultures.
