Job summary

Nestlé Benelux seeks a Market Distribution & Load Planner BNL to balance customer service with operational efficiency across Benelux. The role requires 2 years in supply chain or related fields, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and experience with SAP/OMP/Power BI/Excel.

Market Distribution & Load Planner BNL, this is your challenge

Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of our supply chain operating model across the Benelux? As Market Distribution & Load Planner BNL, you will help ensure that the right products reach the right customers at the right time. In this role, you will balance customer service, operational efficiency and transportation optimization, while working closely with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics and external partners.

As Market Distribution & Load Planner BNL you have the following responsibilities:

• create and optimize repack plans across the Benelux network;
• monitor service performance and proactively address supply chain constraints;

As Market Distribution & Load Planner BNL you are part of the Operations / Supply Chain division of Nestlé Benelux.

What we are looking for in our Market Distribution & Load Planner BNL?

The job offers more than just a challenge:

The position category and the position pay level are fully dependent on the job requirements in terms of experience and competencies. The final offer can vary based on candidate’s profile.

• A full-time role (39 hours) with excellent benefits: a 13th month, 25 vacation days and 6 additional leave days (based on full-time).
• Salary starting from €58,780.00depending on the candidate’s knowledge, skills and experience.
• Annual performance bonus of 4% based on business and personal performance.
