The Supply Chain Project Coordination Manager plays a crucial role in launching these new recipes in the global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the hub between global customers (Nestlé affiliates), the Swiss R&D and Marketing teams, planners in Nunspeet, and production departments.
- Coordinate with Nestlé affiliates worldwide to ensure all projects are planned and managed effectively.
- Align product registrations and customer requirements for production, ensuring timely completion.
- Ensure client artworks meet Nestlé Standards, coordinate packaging data creation in SAP, and maintain supplier contact for packaging material delivery times.
- Minimize write-offs by phasing out old packaging materials.
- Ensure timely production, release, and shipment of new products and design changes.
- Communicate clearly with all stakeholders in case of timeline deviations and review timelines with clients as needed.
You will report to the Senior PCM Lead (located in Germany) and be part of the European PCM organisation for Nutrition, with strong interaction with the Factory Supply Chain of Nestlé Netherlands.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in a similar Supply Chain role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Excel & SAP
- Strong affinity with production and food technology
- Good command of both Dutch and English
- Analytical, communicative, customer-oriented, and a team player
