Job summary

Nestlé Netherlands is seeking an Installation Responsible to lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of production equipment across our lines. You will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up correct installation settings.

You will train and supervise technicians, work both independently and as part of a team, and apply your strong technical background in engineering, electrical systems, automation, and mechanics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Experience with equipment installation and maintenance in a industrial/manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of applicable regulations and standards (safety, quality)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards (NEN, ATEX, ISO, IEC)
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper installation settings
• Train and supervise technicians
• Report to Team Lead E&A as part of the Nestlé Netherlands engineering team

Are you a highly skilled professional with a strong technical background? Do you haveexperienceinmanaging and overseeing installations? Nestle Nunspeet is currently seeking an Installation Responsible to join our team. As the Installation Responsible, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment.

As an Installation Responsible these are your responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards like NEN, ATEX, ISO and IEC;
• oversee the installation, maintenance, and lead therepair of machinery and equipment;
• conduct regular inspections toidentifyand address potential issues;
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct installation settings;
• train and supervise technicians;
• fluent in both Dutch and English (verbal and written);
• strong technical background with a degree in Engineering or a related field;
• proven experience in managing and overseeing installations;
• excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• knowledge of electrical installation and systems. Automation and mechanical knowledge are a plus;
• ability to work independently and as part of a team.
