Job summary

Nestlé Nederland BV is seeking a Market Distribution & Load Planner BNL to shape the Benelux supply chain. You will design repack plans, monitor service metrics, and coordinate with planning, customer service, logistics, and external partners to balance customer needs with efficiency.

The role emphasizes data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement in distribution and logistics processes, supporting strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution Planning or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering results.
• Proficiency in planning and reporting tools such as SAP, OMP, Power BI, Excel or equivalent systems is an advantage.

As Market Distribution & Load Planner BNL, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the supply chain operating model across the Benelux. In this role, you will help ensure that the right products reach the right customers at the right time, balancing customer service, operational efficiency and transportation optimization while working closely with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics and external partners.

As Market Distribution & Load Planner BNL, you are part of the Operations / Supply Chain division of Nestlé Benelux.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize repack plans across the Benelux network.
• Monitor service performance and proactively address supply chain constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to balance customer requirements and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within distribution and logistics processes.

• Ensure alignment between market requirements and supply chain capabilities.

What we are looking for
