Job summary

Revolution Medicines in the Netherlands is seeking a Market Access Director to shape reimbursement strategy, drive value demonstrations and lead engagement with payers and health authorities. This senior role partners with regulatory, commercial and medical affairs to deliver access outcomes and pricing strategies across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics or Public Health.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement or health economics in pharma/biotech (Netherlands).
• Proven value and benefit assessment experience with deep understanding of Netherlands payer decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute country market access strategy for Netherlands.
• Lead HTA and pricing filings, value dossiers and pricing negotiations with national payers.
• Partner with regional Medical Affairs and Marketing to translate evidence into payer communications.
• Build relationships with payers, HTA authorities and policy influencers.
• Coordinate with Midsized Markets and Regional Market Access teams to align Europe strategy.
