Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Market Access Custom Analytics Manager (MACA) for the Benelux region. This full-time, day-shift role supports Sales, Marketing and the GAVE department, focusing on health economic value creation and evidence for hospitals, IDN systems, and surgeons.

The position requires 6+ years in health economics/market access, advanced Excel/Tableau skills, and the ability to present to c-suite audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Hospital/Healthcare Business Economics or equivalent.
• 6+ years' experience in health economics, market access, or related field.
• Experience with hospital stakeholders, reimbursement, and evidence generation.
• Strong ability to present to c-suite audiences and influence decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, economic, and analytical insights to support a sales and marketing approach.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations to improve hospital programs and access.
• Identify data sources including hospital claims and big-data databases for analyses.
• Lead QTI (Quantify The Impact) analyses and partner with Sales, Marketing, and GAVE teams.
• Design and rollout training on QTI and analytics solutions for the sales force.
• Develop health economic market assessments and stakeholder mapping for ROI and value demonstration.
