Job summary

Econowind in Zeewolde, Netherlands, is seeking an Electrotechnical Field Engineer to join our growing team. You will troubleshoot, install, and commission VentoFoils on vessels, with hands-on field responsibilities and collaboration with design and engineering.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical engineering.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work on-site.
• Able to support in other (non-electrical) technical disciplines if necessary.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of industrial automation and PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and resolving issues on vessels with VentoFoils.
• Assisting in commissioning of VentoFoil systems.
• Performing repairs and (re)configurations on client vessels.
• Provide feedback on product improvements and enhance internal work instructions.
