Job summary

COBBS is seeking a strategic professional to shape opportunities in the maritime Defence domain. You will identify capability gaps, engage with operational units and procurement stakeholders, and translate operational needs into feasible directions.

You’ll position COBBS and its partners in emerging programmes, coordinate across teams to ensure deliverability, and represent COBBS in briefings and international engagements, with willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify capability gaps and develop early-stage opportunities within the maritime Defence domain.
• Engage with operational units, staff organisations and procurement stakeholders.
• Translate operational needs into feasible and compliant solution directions.
• Position COBBS and its partners in emerging programmes and capability developments.
• Coordinate internally to ensure feasibility, alignment and deliverability.
• Represent COBBS in briefings, demonstrations and international engagements.
• Monitor doctrine, threat developments and relevant technologies.
