Job summary

Een internationaal constructiebedrijf zoekt een ervaren professional in kostenraming voor maritieme infrastructuurprojecten in Utrecht. Je hebt een Bachelor's of Master's in civiele techniek of een verwante discipline en minimaal 5-8 jaar ervaring met maritieme of zware civiele bouwprojecten. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor nauwkeurige kostenramingen en het coördineren van verschillende teams. Dit is een unieke kans om bij te dragen aan grote internationale projecten.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 5–8 jaar ervaring in kostenraming voor maritieme of zware civiele bouwprojecten.
• Ervaring met havens, maritieme structuren, baggerwerk of kustinfrastructuur is zeer gewenst.
• Bereidheid om internationaal te reizen indien nodig.

Responsibilities

• Voorbereiden van gedetailleerde kostenramingen voor maritieme en civiele infrastructuurprojecten.
• Analyseren van aanbestedingsdocumenten, technische specificaties en projectvereisten.
• Ontwikkelen van kostenstructuren en prijsstrategieën voor biedingen.
• Coördineren met engineering, inkoop en logistieke teams om projectgegevens te verzamelen.
• Evalueren van risico's, kansen en bouwbaarheid van maritieme werken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for marine and civil infrastructure projects.
• Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Develop cost breakdown structures and pricing strategies for bids.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to collect project data.
• Evaluate risks, opportunities, and constructability of marine works.
• Prepare tender documentation and contribute to proposal submissions.
• Support project teams during the transition from tender phase to project execution.
• Monitor market trends, subcontractor pricing, and supply chain conditions.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, Marine Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in cost estimation for marine or heavy civil construction projects.
• Experience with ports, marine structures, dredging, or coastal infrastructure is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Ability to work in international and multicultural environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
