Job summary

Neways-Electronics-International-Nv is seeking a Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement focused on warehouse and logistics processes. You will analyze data, optimize material flow and lead cross-functional efforts to enhance quality and delivery performance.

The role offers growth in a high-tech environment with exposure to SMT, module assembly and NPI, backed by experienced colleagues and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field is required.
• Experience in high-tech electronics manufacturing or production environments.
• Affinity with warehouse, logistics and manufacturing processes, and process optimization interest.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and data-driven improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize and standardize warehouse and logistics processes, with initial focus on efficiency, material flow and inventory reliability.
• Initiate and implement process improvements focusing on quality, efficiency, and operational reliability.
• Support NPI projects from design reviews to successful serial production.
• Analyze and resolve process deviations using data-driven and root-cause methodologies.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as FPY, OEE, DPMO and logistics performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions and quality standards.
• Lead improvement and CAPEX projects while supporting audits and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, customers and suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
