Job summary

Rotork is seeking a proactive Manufacturing Engineer to support the production team in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in an international setting. You will contribute to ERP projects, optimize processes, and ensure smooth product introductions.

Required is an engineering degree with hands‑on production experience, plus Lean and FMEA awareness; CAD skills and D365 exposure are advantageous for improving efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics) or equivalent experience.
• Experience working on ERP implementation related projects.
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, ideally with knowledge of FMEA.
• Experience working in a global, multicultural organization.
• Hands‑on experience in a production or manufacturing engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Support production by developing, testing, and implementing new and existing products and processes.
• Actively contribute to ERP implementation and improvement projects (e.g. D365).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and support label creation activities as part of production and product processes.
• Implement and roll out standardized processes across all areas of responsibility.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and technologies.
• Perform data analysis, feasibility studies, and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth product introductions and effective change management.
